Today, ContractZen becomes Diliforce. Changing our name is not just a cosmetic update. It is an honest admission that what we built has grown far beyond what our original name could hold, and a commitment to the companies worldwide who trust us to power their governance.
We chose the name ContractZen in the early days because it described exactly what we did: bringing calm and order to companies' contracts and governance documents. We are proud of that name and of the customers who trusted us when the product was simpler.
But the work kept widening, and the name stayed where it was. Together with our customers, we have spent years building much more than contract management: a governance platform that combines board portal, entity management, due diligence automation, and data rooms to help growing companies scale with clarity and confidence. Governance is what we have become, so we went looking for a name that says so.
That name is Diliforce — a combination of diligence and force, reflecting our mission to help growing companies turn governance into a source of momentum. The name is new; the platform, the team, and our commitment to your data have not changed.
No action is required from your side. For you, the change will be visible but gradual: a new logo and website, Diliforce branding inside the platform, and email from our new domain. ContractZen Ltd. remains our legal entity, so every contract, invoice, and agreement you have with us stays exactly as it is.
